Gary Weissel is the Managing Officer of Tronos Aviation Consulting and leads all of the firm’s aviation related assignments. He has over 30 years of aviation industry experience and is the internal expert on the aircraft interiors, passenger interior products, program management, sourcing, market forecasting, growth strategy and contract negotiations. Mr. Weissel has provided advisory services to OEM’s, airlines, VVIP’s, MRO’s, Tier 1, 2 & 3 suppliers, investors, leasing companies and start-ups in the aviation industry. Prior to starting Tronos Aviation Consulting, Mr. Weissel was the co-Managing Officer of ICF SH&E’s Aviation and Aerospace Practice. He joined SH&E in 2000 specifically to start the Aircraft Interiors service line for the firm. He has extensive experience at market forecasting, strategy and technical management programs throughout the aviation industry. Prior to joining SH&E, Mr. Weissel was a Senior Program Manager with B/E Aerospace’s Seating Products Group where he was responsible for seating programs on a large variety of wide and narrow body Boeing and Airbus aircraft models. Mr. Weissel began his career with 9 years at Delta Air Lines in a variety of engineering and management positions. Mr. Weissel is a regular speaker at industry events and is often quoted in the aviation media. He holds an Aerospace Engineering degree from Georgia Institute of Technology where he regularly guest lectures.

JEFF LUEDEKE

Jeff Luedeke serves as the Managing Director of Tronos Aviation Consulting. He has over 30 years of aviation industry experience with expertise in aircraft interiors, passenger interior products, program management, sourcing, airframe and interior maintenance, repair, and overhaul. Mr. Luedeke leads and assists with the firm’s activities related to Asset and Technical Management, Aircraft Specification and Interior/BFE Management, Program Management, Interior Specification Development and Interiors OEM Strategy Consulting. Prior to joining Tronos Aviation Consulting, Mr. Luedeke was the Senior Vice President of Sales & Business Development for HAECO Cabin Solutions, Inc. (HAECO), formerly known as TIMCO Aviation Services, Inc. where he led the firm’s global sales and business development initiatives related to the interior reconfiguration, interior products, and passenger seating business units. Before joining HAECO, Mr. Luedeke spent 13 years with AIM Aviation Inc. holding positions in sales, program management, operations management, manufacturing engineering, and installation support.

JERRELL DAVIS
Senior Technical Consultant

Jerrell Davis serves as a Senior Technical Consultant of Tronos Aviation Consulting.  He has over 15 years of aviation industry experience with expertise in aircraft specification development, Buyer Furnished Equipment (BFE) sourcing and project management of major aircraft interior programs.  He has technical expertise on aircraft systems, interiors, In-Flight Entertainment (IFE), In-Flight Connectivity (IFC) and structures.  Mr. Davis also has extensive experience on IFC sourcing, contract negotiations and system installations and management.  He is a graduate of the US Military Academy at West Point in Mechanical / Aerospace Engineering and holds an MBA from Emory University.  Mr. Davis is also a certified Program Management Professional.
